The Basics

​

  • ​Events are usually 2 hours from 12:00pm-2:00pm. The time can vary according to the size of your population.

  • Events Include 10-12 local wellness vendors, the core of whom are medical doctors that align with your employee’s insurance plans, as well as lifestyle vendors that offer interactive wellness and stress-reducing experiences. The number of vendors can be expanded according to the size of your space.

  • Event Coordination is provided.

  • A Branded Wellness Fair Flyer, Security List, Tent Cards, Table Covers, Raffle Tickets, Raffle Prizes and a Raffle Winner Memo are provided.

  • I will be on-site early to set up, greet the wellness professionals, show them where to set up, and to make sure everything is organized, flows well, looks beautiful and runs smoothly.

Timeline

  • Pick your date and time for your event.

  • Discuss space/location options and secure the room. Make sure you have tables and chairs available.

  • Provide RWE with a summary of employee benefits so we can invite the appropriate doctors to your event.

  • Choose a theme.

  • Discuss the groups that you would like to see at your event with RWE

  • Provide RWE with any internal vendors that you would like to invite such as health clubs, health carriers etc.

  • RWE can provide a save-the-date promotional flyer for circulation (optional)

  • One week before the event, RWE will provide you with a promotional flyer for circulation listing actual participants.

  • Prior to the event, you will receive a security list

  • On the day of the event, RWE will be there at least one hour prior to set up the event, bring table covers, tent cards, raffle tickets, signs and prizes.

  • At the end of the event, I will facilitate the raffle seamlessly.

  • Following the event, I will send you a Raffle Winner Memo announcing all prizes, winners and vendor contact information for circulation.
